It’s also of critical importance that the investment component takes equity into account and serves underserved and low income communities most impacted. The policy should have a strong component of equity by prioritizing clean investments in areas overburdened by pollution and/or for those who don't have access. I am grateful for the bipartisan nature of this project, moving us forward while the federal government takes us backward.	-

I live in Maine because there is less po;ution here. I don't live in or near an urban area for just that reason. If Boston wants to polute the world; why is that my problem? Why should I pay more to fund something created out of bullsh*t science to begin with? I am tired of rich government fat cats dictating what I should spend my money on. If you want these policies, then you pay for it, you government millionares and billionares. Stop etting rich off the backs of the American people. Maybe you should reevaluate what it means to be a public "servant." Emphasis on the word in quotes.	-

I can provide as much if not more scientific data which undeniably proves natural occurrences have as much or even more impact on our Planet. These include but not limited to, magnetic shifts in the axis, solar flares, tectonic plate movement in oceans (oceans which cover over 70% of this Earth are releasing billions of tons of methane gases, increase of earthquakes and volcanoes). There are more than 25 active volcanoes per day which can rise to 49 on any given day). The release of poisonous gases from volcanoes reach the stratosphere ( the second layer of the atmosphere as you go upward), the troposphere, (the lowest layer), and the upper boundary, stratopause. Frankly this is another money grab to be placed on the backs of taxpayers. The Natural cycle of climate evolution is never mention by the pro-climatologists. We need balanced discussions to move forward with pragmatic solutions. We're on fixed incomes and cannot tolerate the escalating notion, "more taxes solve problems".	-
