Here in NYC, too many are stuck taking forever to commute on polluting, traffic creating busses because the subway is overcrowded and can't get you everywhere. Our state needs these cap and trade reinvestments in our transit infrastructure to curb these dangerous emmissions, improving commute times and air quality. Therefore NYS should formally join this bipartisan plan. Thank you!	-

In this case, it is to adjust to problems caused by the negative by-products of the existing infrastructure. This means innovation, new jobs that supplant old ones, and enthusiasm for a brighter future. With government and industry both showing the foresight to support a cleaner approach to nature, success is inevitable. However, calcified pride in established norms is the diplomatic way of summarizing why neither institution moves with the enlightened urgency another civilization could display. But - even if forced by luck into improved regional policy design - the ideas and technology are already out there and on the way. Wit, humility, and positive attitude can inspire both holistic, eco-friendly traffic hubs and the lives of the people driving those trucks, buses, and cars.	-

I am demanding that the policy has a strong component of equity by prioritizing clean investments in areas overburdened by pollution and/or for those who don't have access. I am expressing my gratitude for the bipartisan nature of this project, moving us forward while the federal government takes us backward.	-

I kindly request that your state formally join the plan to reduce emissions. The policy should have a strong component of equity by prioritizing clean investments in areas overburdened by pollution and/or for those who don't have access. It is our duty as citizens of a free thinking democracy to work together for the good of citizens to move forward by planning ahead to protect future generations & our cities' economies by acting with forethought now. It is very important that steps be taken now to lower pollution from transpiration systems. This will help with the climate crisis that the world is facing. Since the federal government is not doing anything to limit emissions the states must take the lead. I am very concerned about the health of my family since many members suffer from asthma. Pollution in any form will cause them to suffer. Please expedite this policy. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.	-
