TCI-P Public Input Portal
The Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast states and D.C. that make up the Transportation & Climate Initiative (TCI) are seeking public input on the Transportation & Climate Initiative Program (TCI-P), a collaborative effort to put a brake on carbon emissions while investing in cleaner, more equitable and resilient transportation systems. Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia are the first of the TCI jurisdictions to launch the groundbreaking multi-jurisdictional program.
All interested people and organizations are invited to share input via this form, which will remain open for submissions throughout the TCI-P development process
All comments will be publicly accessible. All material submitted through this form will inform the TCI-P jurisdictions, as well as other participating TCI jurisdictions, in the policy design process. For information on how to reach out to your jurisdiction directly, see the TCI Jurisdiction Points of Contact page.
